I work with adults and older adolescents aged 16+, providing specialist neuro-affirming Occupational Therapy and Workplace Neurodiversity Coaching.
Support is individualised and focused on the impact of neurodivergence on everyday occupational functioning, participation and work.
Getting Started
I offer a free 15-minute suitability call for prospective clients who would like to establish whether my service may be appropriate for them.
This is a brief introductory conversation rather than an Occupational Therapy assessment or coaching session. It allows us to clarify the main reason you are seeking support, establish whether this falls within my professional remit, and identify the most appropriate next step.
Depending on the reason for your enquiry, there are two main pathways:
Private Occupational Therapy
If you are seeking Occupational Therapy, the next step will usually be an Initial Occupational Therapy Assessment.
The assessment provides an opportunity to explore your occupational history, strengths, current difficulties, environment, goals and priorities in greater depth. Following assessment, I will formulate appropriate recommendations and discuss whether further Occupational Therapy intervention would be beneficial.
Further intervention is agreed according to individual need rather than through a predetermined programme.
Access to Work: Workplace Neurodiversity Coaching
I also provide workplace neurodiversity coaching for clients who have been awarded appropriate support through Access to Work.
This is a separate service from private Occupational Therapy and is focused specifically on supporting occupational functioning within the workplace.
If you are currently applying for Access to Work, please let me know what stage your application has reached. If you have already received an award, I will need to establish what support has been approved before workplace coaching begins.
